A&G Healthcare Services, a national leader in technology based repricing and cost containment solutions, and Corporate Systems Administration (CSA), based in Johnson City TN, recently finalized a multi-year agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, A&G will provide electronic repricing services to CSA, including secondary PPO repricing through Amera-Net, A&Gs National Travel Wrap PPO network for coverage of out of network related claims. A&G, using its proprietary mapping software, will successfully interface with TriZettos claims adjudication systems, allowing CSA to send and receive repriced claims electronically (EDI). CSA will participate in A&Gs shared savings program, in which they have the opportunity to generate enough revenue to pay for the claims exchange charges and other front-end and administrative costs a win-win for all parties.

A&Gs cost containment PPO repricing services are marketed under the brand name of i-Trex (Integrated Transaction Repricing Exchange).

This program is expected to generate significant cost efficiencies and savings for CSAs customers. CSA is a third-party administration firm that helps employers offer affordable and efficient health care coverage. Services include the design of medical, dental, vision and prescription drug programs, workers compensation and disability claims administration and employee benefits consulting. Online services include benefit enrollments, changes and terminations, benefit information, claims status and customer service. In addition, CSA offers links to other sites for medical provider listings and health information.
